Date: 30th December 2003:- In the light of
our recent sucess with the BBC Drama series " Down To Earth" We have
now been invited directly by the BBC casting Department to
submit details of our agency child actors for forthcoming
Workshop / auditions.
Date:- Sepember 1st 2004 Today four of our older boys are
attending screen auditions at the BBC Wood Lane London
for a speaking part in a major BBC Drama series.
Date:- September 15th As a result of the
above auditions, one of the above four students from
Ashburton Devon accepts and subsequently portrays a character part in the 2005 New Year's day episode of BBC's
" Casualty" well done Alex. A brilliant
performance, I am sure lots of other work on TV will
come from it.
Date:- April 13th Creative Theatre contacted by the casting department of Motionfilms.co.uk to invite students to attend auditions for Lyra in "his Dark Materials" U.K. title "Northern Lights"
Date:- Sept 2006 Launch of the new Dartington Creative Theatre school.
Date:- Feb 2007 Five 9-10 year old Creative Theatre School students from our Totnes and Dartington Theatre Schools screen tested for a TV advert, two were subsequently selected, to be filmed early in March. Advert to be screened throughout Easter 2007.
Date:- July 2007 Two teenage students chosen and filmed for a new educational film to be screened nationally.
Date:- Dec 2007 Westcountry Televison screen a feature on David Jones including footage of the Dartington Creative Theatre School. Oct 2008 A 16 year old screentested and filmed for another educational TV film.
